  lets imagine the watchtower idea of armageddon really does happen in the next couple of years.... and afterwards jehovah says to the gb.

  If the WT runs a small country with free labor & donations on the backs of its followers any neighboring country would be ""rubbing their hands with glee"" trying to follow suit.

  AWAKE MAGAZIBE'S SURPRISING NEW DIRECTION

  so there was a time the awake magazine was printed every 15 days but now since jehovah is blessing them so much the magazine is printed once a year, and here you have the 1st edition for the year , which is nothing more than an informatial of how good of a charity they are to their local community.

  so we read in the following box: what we are doing firstly, jehovah’s witnesses promote a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

  When you reach middle age,,,and being born and raised in the ""truth"",,, I actually count my blessings & am so grateful to have made it this far in life.

  Because I know,,,if I needed blood as a child,,,,I would NOT be here today.

  What if JWs voted in elections?

  all this political banter is exhausting, so i want to ask a question that has probably been asked before, so here it goes….

  let’s try to keep this non-partisan - just give your opinion and why you think that way.. i’ll go first.

  i think jws would generally lean to the right, but not by a whole lot.

  One such country comes to mind is that of Malawi.

  Only one political party existed there at a time,,,I'm not sure if that is still the case or what but.....

  You were expected to carry a political card with you,,,,even with only one political party in charge.

  But,,,JWs were prohibited from even carrying a political card with them,,,,even with only one political party. Resulting all kinds of persecution,,,atrocities & horror stories!!!!

  The HLC do not pressure JWs

  the hospital liaison committee (hlc) for jehovah’s witnesses does not pressure members to refuse blood transfusions.

  rather, their role is to support jehovah’s witnesses in adhering to their pre-existing religious beliefs, which include a strict prohibition against accepting blood transfusions based on their interpretation of biblical scriptures.. jehovah’s witnesses are well-informed about their stance on blood from an early age, and refusing blood is a deeply ingrained religious conviction, not something imposed during a medical crisis.

  the hlc’s purpose is to provide assistance in accessing bloodless treatment options, facilitating communication with healthcare providers, and helping ensure that the patient’s choices are respected.. while the hlc strongly supports adherence to the beliefs of jehovah’s witnesses, the ultimate decision remains with the individual.
